EPCG DONATED €20,000.00 TO THE CLINICAL CENTRE OF MONTENEGRO

EPCG has always provided support to the institutions that are important for the community and the assistance provided in order to improve health services of our population has always been our priority. The Clinical Centre of Montenegro is the most referential medical institution in Montenegro that implements highly specialized diagnosis and medical treatment. The corresponding development of the medical science and technology requires the constant and large investment so as to follow modern trends and standards applied during medical treatment and health protection. This is why EPCG has decided to support corporate responsible initiative launched by the Chamber of Commerce as well as to provide financial support in the amount of €20,000.00.

Mr Jevto Eraković, MD, the director of the Clinical Centre of Montenegro, has thanked for the valuable donation and he has emphasized that the initiative launched by the Chamber of Commerce represents the real example and indicator to other corporate responsible companies and institutions in Montenegro, in which way the medical system of Montenegro should be supported, i.e. in which way the roof institution of the medical system, i.e. the Clinical Centre should be supported.

‘Once again, I would like to use this opportunity to thank Mr Golubović and all the other business entities. Donations were of a different value and the amount of individual donations provided by individual donors was not important for us. However, I would like to point out Elektroprivreda Crne Gore and Fly Montenegro Company, given that they donated the highest amount so that we have finally obtained this amount. Therefore, this is the way to express to them our special thanks’, according to Mr Jevto Eraković, MD.  

Let us remind you that EPCG supported the medical system of Montenegro in the previous time through purchase of a tissue processor for the Special Hospital for Lung Diseases Brezovik, through purchase of a cystoscope for the General Hospital in Pljevlja and a bronchoscope for the Clinic for Anaesthesiology and Intensive Therapy of the Clinical Centre of Montenegro.

By donating for this purpose, Elektroprivreda will continue to contribute to the improvement in quality of provision of medical services to our people.
