THREE VEHICLES FOR ECOLOGISTS, FISHERMEN AND MOUNTAINEERS

Elektroprivreda Crne Gore has awarded three vehicles from its fleet vehicle to non-governmental organizations from Nikšić and Plužine as well as to the local public enterprise from Plužine, which are primarily engaged in nature protection and improvement. Keys to Opel Astra Enjoy went to the hands of the representative of ‘Piva’ nature park and ‘Piva’ sport-mounteneering club from Plužine, as well as to ‘Nikšić-NK’ sports-fishing club from Nikšić. The handover ceremony was attended by Miro Vračar, Chief Financial Officer and executive officers of FU Generation, FU Supply and Directorate for IMS and General Affairs, Bojan Đordan, Jovan Kasalica and Dragan Goranović, respectively.

By donation of these vehicles we want to express our sincere concern for the local community where important energy resources owned by our company are located, thus contributing, at least a little, to the increase in a level of environmental protection in this area.

- We are sure that our donation has gone to the right addresses, the more so that the point is about entities that are mainly engaged in protection and improvement of rich natural resources in the central and north-western part of Montenegro which abounds in an unusual natural beauty and various flora and fauna. Although we are energy company, we show in this way that we are very careful about the environment, desiring to achieve a greater degree of synergy between energy requirements and ecological needs, said Miro Vračar, EPCG CFO, on the occasion of a car handover.

Representatives of entities who received donation are thankful to EPCG for its valuable support as well as for an exceptional understanding for difficulties and challenges they are faced with and corporate responsibility that they has always faced in the national electric-power enterprise.

Let us remind you, EPCG has recently awarded three all-terrain vehicles for the needs of healthcare institutions in the rural area of our country.
