NEW BRANCH OFFICE IN TUZI

 

Nowadays, Elektroprivreda Crne Gore has opened a new, modern branch office in Tuzi, where citizens will be able to realize, in addition to bills paying, the debt settlement agreement signing services, energy supplying agreement signing, as well as to obtain all necessary information.

 

 

Montenegrin energy sector, in cooperation with the Ministry of Capital Investments, organized presentation named ‘GREEN ENERGY TRANSITION IN MONTENEGRO’ at the prestigious exibition EXPO 2020 in Dubai.

On the occasion of the new branch opening, that is at the address 2, Street 12, Tuzi, EPCG Chief Executive Officer, Nikola Rovčanin emphasized that EPCG FU Supply continues to expand the infrastructure throughout Montenegro.

 “Today, to the satisfaction of citizens of Tuzi, we open the branch office that will significantly facilitate the functioning and communication between customers and EPCG, considering that, in this modern and accessible object, at the attractive location, citizens of Tuzi will have the opportunity to obtain all necessary information and conclude agreements in addition to payment of bills”, emphasized Rovčanin. 

According to his words, branch office opening in Tuzi is one of the strategy activities regarding the elimination and reducing of crowds, bearing in mind that, as he declared, almost 5.5 thousand of customers will now have the opportunity to use EPCG services in the branch office in Tuzi.

Rovčanin reminded that in the previous period the new branch office has been opened in Plužine, branch office in Berane has been renovated, FU Supply in Pljevlja has been relocated.

“We have a plan to open a new branch office in Andrijevica. In addition, we are preparing one modern object in Pljevlja. We wish to adjust all of our FU Supply objects to the reputation and image of EPCG and citizens requirements”, Rovčanin stated.

He furthermore stated that due to the location of the new branch office in Tuzi, they expect that a significant number of customers from Zeta will be able to fulfil the communication with EPCG in that object.

EPCG Central region director, Dejan Raspopović, emphasized that after observing the problem of crowds, they decided to expand the payment desks net, as well as services provided by the company at all payment desks in Podgorica, Danilovgrad and Tuzi.

 

“The first branch office within that project is in Tuzi, where we have about 5.5 thousand of customers. This branch office opening will significantly free of crowd the payment desk in CEDIS Head office building.

Within that project, it has been planned to enable, at all payment desks, at the territory of these three municipalities, the signing of all types of agreements – on the supply, connection to the net and agreements on debt repayment in instalments as well as all other services EPCG provides to its customers, what hasn’t be the case so far,” Raspopović said.

He declared that the payment desks in shopping centres Delta City and Mall of Montenegro starting from March 1st , will provide also the debt settlement agreement signing services, agreements on supply, and etc.

In the new branch office in Tuzi, as well as in other FU Supply branch offices EPCG has in Montenegro, customers could pay bills for spent electrical energy without commissions, to sign the agreement on debt settlement dynamics, agreement on supply, to submit the complaint, to change the name of the customer (meter’s owner), as well as to obtain all information concerning EPCG services – electronically bills receiving, receiving the bill amount notification by SMS, bill payment through EPCG web site without commission, and etc.

EPCG will continue with similar activities, all with the aim of our business improving and increasing the satisfaction of users of services provided by our company.
