MR MILUTIN DJUKANOVIC, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, ATTENDED THE EU SUMMIT ON GREEN INVESTMENTS ORGANIZED BY BRITISH EMBASSY

Following the invitation of her excellency Ms. Karen Maddocks, an ambassador of the Great Britain in Montenegro, Mr Milutin Đukanović, Chairman of the Board of directors of EPCG, attended the European Summit on green investments. The British Embassy was one of hosts to this important event.    

European Summit on green investments is an event taking place across Europe and enables transfer of experience in regards to CO2 emission reduction and challenges we all face with particular focus at: Race to Zero, Greening Supply Chains, British 10 Point Plan, research and innovations.

Pointing out importance of development in Renewable Energy Sources Mr Milutin Đukanović, Chairman of the Board of directors, informed the attendants on EPCG Green investment plans, inter alia: WP ‘Gvozd’, Solar Plant ‘Briska Gora’, ‘Velje Brdo’, ‘Vilusi I’, ‘Dragalj/Vilusi II’, ‘Čevo’, ‘Slano – floating solar’, ‘Slano dam’, ‘Vrtac Dam’, ‘Solari 3000+ and 500+’, SHPP ‘Otilovići’ as well as HPP ‘Komarnica’, HPP ‘Perućica – 8 Unit’, HPP ‘Kruševo’, HPP ‘Boka – Sutorina’. 

Chairman of the Board of directors paid special attention to the ongoing Project SOLARI 3000+ for natural persons and 500+ for legal persons of up to 30kW capacity.

EU Summit on green investments is a joint event held simultaneously in over 20 capital cities and Alok Šarka, appointed COP26 president, Lord Grimstone, Minister for investments and Chris Barton HM, a trade commissioner to Europe  addressed the attendees via a direct video streaming from pre-COP meeting in Milano. 

This is one of the most paramount European business moments in the eve of COP26 conference to be held in November this year.
