Average bill €29.13

In May, households consumed 88.307.033 kWh (kilowatt hours) of electricity, which is 1.4% more than consumption in April, i.e. 5.2% more compared with the consumption in May 2015. 

The average electricity bill in May for households in Montenegro (excluding non-read metering points in the buildings, which are not permanently resided) amounted to €29.13. Households in Žabljak recorded the lowest average consumption of €19.76, and the highest consumption during the previous month was recorded in Ulcinj where households, on average, consumed electricity in the value of cca €34.65.

The bill exceeding the amount of €150 will be delivered to 0.49 % customers, and consumption of €100 - €150 was read with 1.08 % of customers.

The discounted May bills for regular payers will be delivered to even 47.9% of Montenegrin households, i.e. 158.128 customers.

Elektroprivreda Crne Gore has initiated the prize contest 'Let the Good Energy Drive You 2'. This prize contest has two more rounds and FORD FOCUS is awarded in each round. The first Ford Focus was awarded to a customer from Ulcinj and second one was awarded to a customer with meter point reference number 19822108 from Podgorica. The next Ford Focus will be awarded in July and all the households whose amount of debt is €0 at the end of June will be automatically in database. Draw of the winner will be organized on July 19th in the studio of TV Vijesti and broadcast the next day in the programme BOJE JUTRA on the same channel. The last Ford Focus will be awarded in September (amount of debt is €0 at the end of August).      

The third round of the prize contest has been planned for October 2016, when another Ford Mondeo will be awarded in addition to many other awards. Only members of the Golden Team will be entitled to take part in this round, i.e. all the customers who have settled on a regular and continuous basis their electricity bills for the period December of 2015 through November of 2016.
